The Board of Directors manages the business of the Company. In detail, these are namely:

• Overall management of the Company and issuing the necessary directives
• Determination of the organization
• structuring the accounting system, financial control and financial planning, insofar as this is necessary for the management of the company
• Appointment and dismissal of the persons entrusted with the management and representation of the company
• Supervision of the persons entrusted with the management of the company, in particular with regard to compliance with the law, the articles of incorporation, regulations and directives
